The shipwreck start, on Bedrock. Wrecks follow their own rules here (Bedrock even changed how it spreads them in 1.18), so a Java shipwreck seed won't help you. On every seed below a shipwreck and a ruined portal are a short trip from spawn. Loot the wreck, dig up the treasure and you're ready for the Nether.

Do these seeds work on Java?
No, the wrecks move: Java places shipwrecks and ruined portals with its own rules, so on Java you'd get the same coast with nothing on it. The Java list of shipwreck and ruined portal seeds has Java's own picks. The treasure map trick works the same on both editions, though.
